Been growing my Monstera for three years now and it's finally putting out fenestrated leaves consistently. The trick for me was patience—mine sat almost entirely solid for the first two years. I think it needed to reach a certain maturity. I've read people blaming light, but honestly mine gets decent indirect light and that wasn't the bottleneck. Has anyone else had one that took forever to fenestrate, or does yours split leaves pretty quickly?
