Been growing my ZZ for three years now and finally figured out why mine was struggling at first—I was watering it like everything else. Turns out in my dry climate, it actually prefers to dry out completely between waterings, sometimes weeks. Now it's thriving with glossy leaflets and barely needs me. If you've got one that's yellowing or drooping, honestly check the soil moisture before anything else. Mine practically takes care of itself now.
