Finally figured out why my ZZ was so slow—I was watering it way too much. Switched to letting the soil dry out completely between waterings and it's actually putting out new leaflets now. The glossy leaves are looking healthier too. If you've got one that seems stuck, honestly just back off the water. These plants are tougher than people think; they'd rather you neglect them a bit.
