I finally figured out why my Ficus lyrata kept dropping leaves—I was moving it around too much looking for the "perfect" spot. Once I settled it in bright, indirect light by the east window and stopped fussing with it, new growth came in within weeks. Has anyone else found their fiddle leaf fig is just happier when left alone? I'm still learning, but I think I was overthinking it. Now it's one of my favorite plants in my collection.
