I finally figured out why my snake plant was getting mushy—I was watering it way too often! I kept thinking it looked thirsty, but it turns out Sansevieria trifasciata actually prefers to dry out completely between waterings. Now I'm watering maybe once a month and it's already looking perkier. Has anyone else struggled with overwatering theirs, or am I just the impatient plant parent here?
