I finally figured out why my ZZ plant was getting those weird yellow leaflets—I was watering it way too often. Turns out in my tropical humidity, it really doesn't need as much as I thought. Now I just let the soil dry out more between waterings and it's looking so much happier. If you're struggling with yours, that's honestly the first thing I'd try. It's such a forgiving plant once you find that sweet spot.
