I finally figured out why my ZZ plant (Zamioculcas zamiifolia) was so slow—I was watering it way too often! I switched to letting the soil dry out completely between waterings, and honestly, it's the happiest it's been in my collection. The leaflets look shinier now too. Has anyone else struggled with overwatering these, or is it just me? I'm still getting used to their preferences since I come from a more tropical climate where things need more moisture.
