I finally figured out why my ZZ was growing so slowly—I was watering it way too much. Switched to the "forget about it" schedule and it's actually thriving now. The glossy leaflets are coming in fuller than they ever have. If you've got one struggling, honestly just let the soil dry out completely between waterings. Mine sits in medium indirect light and honestly asks for almost nothing. Best low-maintenance plant I own.
