I finally got my Monstera deliciosa to produce a fenestrated leaf after months of wondering if mine would ever develop those iconic holes. I think the breakthrough was moving it closer to my east-facing window—it gets bright indirect light most of the morning now. Has anyone else noticed their Swiss cheese plant takes forever to fenestrate, or was mine just being stubborn? I'm curious if the humidity in my tropical climate actually helped speed things up once I improved the light situation.
