I finally got my Monstera deliciosa to produce a fenestrated leaf after two years, and I'm honestly still not sure what tipped the balance. I've read it's tied to maturity and light intensity, but mine sits in moderate indirect light in my tropical home. The new leaf unfurled about three weeks ago and it's been my favorite moment with this plant yet. Has anyone else noticed their fenestration improve dramatically after hitting a certain plant size, or was mine just lucky timing?
