I finally got my Monstera deliciosa to produce a fenestrated leaf after six months of fidgeting with it! I kept moving it around trying to find the "perfect" spot, and I think it was just annoyed with me. Once I settled it in bright indirect light by the window and stopped obsessing, a new leaf unfurled with actual holes in it. Pretty exciting for a plant parent like me. Has anyone else's Swiss cheese plant taken forever to develop those signature fenestrations, or am I just impatient?
