I finally got my Monstera to produce a fenestrated leaf after months of patience, and I'm honestly thrilled. The key for me was realizing it needed more bright, indirect light than I was giving it in that shadier corner. Once I moved it closer to the window, the new growth came in with those gorgeous splits. If yours isn't fenestrating yet, that might be worth trying before assuming it's just too young.
