I've finally figured out why my Ficus lyrata drops leaves constantly—mine sits in a north-facing corner with inconsistent watering. Since moving it closer to an east window and sticking to a proper schedule, the new growth has been noticeably steadier. Still not thriving, but at least it's stopped the dramatic leaf fall. Has anyone else found that these figures really do need that bright, indirect light to stay stable?
