I've had my Ficus lyrata for three years now, and I finally stopped overthinking the watering schedule. Turns out the secret isn't a formula—it's just watching the soil dry between waterings instead of following a calendar. Mine's in a bright, indirect spot and seems happiest when I let it stay slightly on the dry side. The new leaf unfurling right now is twice the size of the ones from last year, so I think we've found our rhythm.
