I've had my fiddle leaf fig for about eight months now, and I'm finally starting to understand why everyone says they're fussy. Mine dropped two leaves last winter when I moved it away from the window, which sent me into a slight panic. I've learned it really does need that bright, indirect light to stay happy. The new growth looks promising now that spring's here, so fingers crossed I'm getting the hang of it.
