I've had my fiddle leaf fig for about eight months now and I'm still figuring out the watering rhythm. It seems happy enough—new leaf unfurled last week—but I keep second-guessing myself. I live in a mediterranean climate so it gets plenty of light, which I think helps. Does anyone else struggle with knowing when it actually needs water, or is it just me? I'd love to hear how others manage theirs without constantly panicking about root rot.
