I've had my Monstera deliciosa for about eight months now, and I'm finally seeing those iconic fenestrations appear on the new leaves! I was starting to worry something was wrong since the first few leaves came in totally solid. Turns out mine just needed more maturity and consistent bright, indirect light—I moved it closer to my east-facing window and that seemed to help. Has anyone else noticed their Monstera takes a while to start splitting, or did mine just need patience?
