I've had my Monstera deliciosa for three years now, and I'm only just seeing fenestration on the newer leaves. I know everyone says they fenestrate readily indoors, but mine stayed stubbornly solid until I moved it closer to an east-facing window. The shift in light intensity seems to have made all the difference. Has anyone else found their M. deliciosa took longer than expected to show those signature holes? I'm curious if it's just patience or something about my setup.
