I've had my Monstera deliciosa for three years now and I'm still wrestling with watering consistency in the low humidity here. It's growing steadily—the fenestration on new leaves is crisp—but I notice it's far more tolerant of underwatering than overwatering, which took me a while to accept. I keep it near an east-facing window and let the top inch of soil dry between waterings. Anyone else growing one in an arid climate finding it easier than expected, or am I just lucky?
