I've had my Monstera deliciosa for two years now, and I'm finally getting those characteristic fenestrations I was promised. I kept it in lower light initially, thinking that was safest, but once I moved it closer to an east-facing window, the new leaves unfurled with proper splits. Has anyone else found that light intensity makes a real difference with fenestration development, or was my specimen just being stubborn?
