I've had my peace lily for about eight months now and I'm finally getting the hang of it

I've had my peace lily for about eight months now and I'm finally getting the hang of it. At first I thought it was dramatically drooping every other week because I was doing something wrong, but I realized it's just how it tells me it needs water. Now I actually find it kind of helpful as a visual cue. My main question is whether I should repot it soon—it seems happy enough, but the soil dries out faster than it used to. Has anyone else noticed their peace lily getting thirstier as it grows?
