I've had my Peace Lily for about six months now and I'm still figuring out the watering rhythm

I've had my Peace Lily for about six months now and I'm still figuring out the watering rhythm. It droops so dramatically when thirsty that I thought something was seriously wrong at first, but then it perks right back up after a drink. Does anyone else find Spathiphyllum wallisii kind of dramatic in a good way? I actually like the warning signal since my tropical setup doesn't get consistent humidity. I'm curious if mine would flower indoors or if that's unrealistic with my current setup.
