I've had my pothos for about 4 months now and it's finally putting out new leaves consistently

I've had my pothos for about 4 months now and it's finally putting out new leaves consistently. I was worried I was watering too much since the soil stays moist here in the Mediterranean heat, but it seems happy on a weekly schedule. The vines are getting long though—does anyone else just let theirs trail, or do you prop them up somehow? I'd share a photo if I could, but it's looking pretty decent compared to when I first got it.
