I've had my pothos for about three months now and it's finally putting out new leaves consistently

I've had my pothos for about three months now and it's finally putting out new leaves consistently. Took me a while to figure out I was watering it way too much—I think that's my biggest mistake so far. Now I'm doing it every 10 days or so and it's so much happier. Mine's trailing nicely from a shelf in my living room. Has anyone else found a watering schedule that actually works for them, or does it really depend on your space?
