I've had my snake plant for about six months now and honestly I'm shocked at how low-maintenance it actually is

I've had my snake plant for about six months now and honestly I'm shocked at how low-maintenance it actually is. I keep forgetting to water it and it just... thrives? My only question is whether I should repot it soon—it's looking pretty full in there. Has anyone else had theirs outgrow its pot quickly, or am I just being impatient? I'd love to hear what size pot people use for these guys.
