I've had my snake plant for about three years now and honestly never watered it enough—I was paranoid about root rot. Turns out it actually prefers neglect, but it was still thriving. Recently I finally gave it proper water after weeks of bone-dry soil and the growth picked up noticeably. Has anyone else found their snake plant responds better to occasional thorough watering versus constant underwatering? I'm curious if I've been holding mine back this whole time.
