I've had my snake plant for three years now and honestly, I've probably watered it six times total

I've had my snake plant for three years now and honestly, I've probably watered it six times total. It just sits in a corner doing its thing, and I kind of forget it exists until I walk past and think "oh right, that's still alive." The leaves are thicker and greener than when I got it, which tells me it's actually happy despite my neglect. Has anyone else found that these are almost too easy? I feel like I'm missing something, but the plant seems fine with it.
