I've had my ZZ plant for about eight months now and I'm finally starting to trust that I'm not killing it. I keep reading that they're "impossible to kill" but mine looked pretty sad when I first brought it home—turns out I was watering way too much. Now I barely touch it, and it's actually putting out new leaflets. Has anyone else struggled with the underwater instinct at first, or was I just overthinking it?
