I've had my ZZ plant for about eight months now and I'm still figuring out the watering schedule. It's in a bright corner of my apartment, and I keep second-guessing myself—the soil looks dry but I'm terrified of root rot since I've killed other houseplants that way. Has anyone else struggled with this? I'd love to know how often you actually water yours. Mine seems happy enough with minimal attention, which I appreciate given my track record.
