I've had my ZZ plant for two years now and honestly forgot it existed for months at a time — which is exactly why it thrives. I water it maybe once a month, it sits in a corner with indirect light, and it just keeps putting out new leaflets. The only thing that actually killed a leaf was me moving it around too much trying to find the "perfect spot." Turns out it just wants to be left alone.
