I've had my ZZ (Zamioculcas zamiifolia) for about three years now and I'm only just realizing how much it actually thrives on neglect. Mine's tucked in a corner with indirect light, I water maybe once a month, and honestly I forget about it for weeks. It keeps pushing out these gorgeous new fronds like nothing. I think I was overthinking it at first because I was worried about root rot, but turns out that's the real enemy—not underwatering. Has anyone else found their ZZ basically indestructible, or am I just lucky?
