Just hit two years with my ZZ plant and I'm honestly shocked how little it needs. I water maybe once a month in my dry climate, and it's thriving in a corner with indirect light. The only thing that tripped me up early on was overwatering—I killed one before I realized how drought-tolerant these actually are. Now I barely think about it, which is kind of the point.
