My Ficus lyrata finally stopped dropping leaves after I moved it away from the heat vent and committed to consistent watering. I'd been treating it like it thrived on neglect, but it actually wants steady moisture and stable conditions. Still only five feet tall after three years, but at least it's not angry with me anymore. Anyone else struggle with these before figuring out what they actually need?
