My fiddle leaf fig finally gave me a new leaf after months of stalling, and honestly I think the turning point was backing off the watering. I was convinced it needed more, but once I let the soil dry out a bit between waterings, it perked right up. If yours seems stuck, that might be worth trying before you assume it's unhappy with its spot.
