My fiddle leaf fig finally stopped dropping leaves after I moved it away from the heating vent and stopped fussing with it so much

My fiddle leaf fig finally stopped dropping leaves after I moved it away from the heating vent and stopped fussing with it so much. Took months to figure out it just wanted consistent indirect light and to be left alone between waterings. Mine's about three years old now and honestly one of my most reliable plants. Anyone else find theirs prefers neglect to attention, or am I just lucky?
