My Monstera deliciosa finally gave me a fenestrated leaf after two years, and I'm honestly more excited than I should be. I've read that the fenestration is partly a stress response and partly maturity, so I'm wondering if I've been underwatering it slightly or if it's just now big enough. Has anyone else noticed their M. deliciosa suddenly start splitting once it reached a certain size, or does it really depend on growing conditions?
