I'd read so much about light being the deciding factor, but mine sits in bright indirect sun by a east-facing window in my mediterranean climate—nothing extreme. I'm wondering if anyone else has found their specimens suddenly "switch on" the fenestration once they hit a certain maturity threshold, or was I just impatient before?
