My Monstera finally got her first fenestration after nearly a year, and I'm embarrassed to admit how much I celebrated. I think the breakthrough came when I stopped moving her around so much—she was in a bright corner by the window but kept getting shuffled. Lesson learned: these plants really do appreciate consistency. Now I'm trying not to obsess over every new leaf to see if it'll split too.
