My Monstera finally split a leaf after sitting in my apartment for over a year. I was starting to wonder if it would ever happen, honestly. Turned out it just needed to be closer to the window—I'd had it in medium light thinking that would be fine, but once I moved it to brighter indirect light, the growth completely changed. Now I'm getting those gorgeous fenestrations I was waiting for. Worth the patience.
