My Monstera finally split a leaf after two years, and I'm honestly more excited than I should be. I think the turning point was moving it away from the window and giving it a moss pole to climb on instead of letting it sprawl everywhere. Turns out mine was too crowded and shaded where it was. Now it's putting out fenestrated leaves like crazy, and I'm kicking myself for not rearranged it sooner.
