My Monstera finally split a leaf after two years, and I'm honestly more excited than I should be. I kept reading that they need "bright indirect light" but I wasn't sure if my spot was bright enough—turns out patience and a south-facing window in my mediterranean climate were the answer. Has anyone else had their Monstera take forever to fenestrate? I'm wondering if I was just being impatient or if mine was genuinely settling in.
