My Monstera finally split a leaf after two years of just growing big and leafy with no fenestration

My Monstera finally split a leaf after two years of just growing big and leafy with no fenestration. Turns out it wasn't lack of light—it was too much nitrogen in my fertilizer. Switched to a balanced formula and backed off feeding, and boom, actual holes appeared within months. I'd share a photo if I could, but that first split leaf still feels like a win. Has anyone else had to dial back feeding to get fenestration to show up?
