My Monstera finally threw a fenestrated leaf after months of just giving me solid ones

My Monstera finally threw a fenestrated leaf after months of just giving me solid ones. I was starting to think mine was broken. Turned out it needed more light than I was giving it—moved it three feet closer to the window and the next leaf came through properly split. I'd have a photo to show but can't upload here. If yours is mature but not fenestrating, it might just be hungry for light.
