My peace lily finally flowered after months of just sitting there looking green

My peace lily finally flowered after months of just sitting there looking green. I think it was moving it away from the window that did it—counterintuitive, right? Now I'm wondering if I should deadhead the spent flowers or leave them. Also, mine seems to droop dramatically when thirsty, which is actually helpful as a watering signal, but I'm paranoid I'm still overwatering. Does anyone else find theirs kind of dramatic? I have five other plants and this one's definitely the most theatrical about its needs.
