My peace lily finally flowered after sitting dormant for two years. Turns out it just needed lower light—I'd been keeping it too bright thinking that would help. Now it's producing those cream spathes regularly and the leaves look healthier too. If yours refuses to bloom, try moving it away from direct sun and dial back the fussing. Sometimes these plants just want to be left alone.
