My peace lily finally rebounded after I nearly killed it with inconsistent watering last year. I learned the hard way that they actually prefer to dry out slightly between waterings, even though they're so dramatic about drooping. Now I just wait for that telltale droop before I water, and it's been thriving ever since. Such a forgiving plant once you figure out what it wants.
