My peace lily has been drooping less lately, which I'm pretty sure means I've finally figured out the watering thing

My peace lily has been drooping less lately, which I'm pretty sure means I've finally figured out the watering thing. I kept overwatering it at first, but now I let the soil dry out just a bit between waterings and it seems way happier. I wish I'd known that sooner! Does anyone else struggle with knowing when Spathiphyllum actually needs water, or is it just me? I have nine plants now and this one's still my trickiest.
