My peace lily has been drooping theatrically every time I forget to water it, which is apparently my love language

My peace lily has been drooping theatrically every time I forget to water it, which is apparently my love language. I've learned that it's actually pretty forgiving though—give it a drink and within hours it's standing tall again, almost smug about the attention. I've stopped feeling guilty about the drama because honestly, I'd rather have a plant that tells me what it needs than one that silently suffers. Anyone else have a peace lily that's basically your water-me alarm system?
