My pothos has been trailing for months now and I finally got around to propping a few stems in water last week. Three of them already have stubby roots showing. I kept meaning to do this ages ago, but honestly pothos are so forgiving that I never felt the urgency. Now I'm wondering if I should pot them up or just keep them floating—anyone else just leave their props in water indefinitely? I have a photo I'd share if I could upload, but yeah, I'm genuinely curious what works best long-term.
