My pothos has been trailing like crazy lately and I'm trying to figure out if I should let it keep going or cut it back

My pothos has been trailing like crazy lately and I'm trying to figure out if I should let it keep going or cut it back. I've got it near a bright window in my apartment and it seems happy, but I'm worried it's getting too leggy. Has anyone else just let theirs run wild, or is pruning actually worth it? I'd show you a photo if I could upload one here. Still learning what works best with these, but so far it's been pretty forgiving compared to my other plants.
